Handling of personal data
一般社団法人日本インドネシアヘルスケア協会 (Japan Indonesia Healthcare, "the association") handles the personal data submitted through its contact form as set out below.
What we collect
- Your name
- Company or organisation
- Role
- Email address
- The content of your enquiry, as you wrote it
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry
- To send you information about study sessions, visits to Indonesia, and joining the association
We use it for nothing else. If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us through the same form and we will stop.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it.
Processing and transfer outside Japan
Form submission and storage of what is received use a service provided by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Its servers are outside Japan, and the data we receive is held in its environment.
How long we keep it
We delete it once your enquiry has been dealt with and there is no further reason to be in touch.
Access, correction and deletion
If you ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete the personal data we hold about you, we will confirm your identity and act in accordance with the law. Please make the request through the contact form.
