Anshar Safri, founder of PT Indonesia Japan Healthcare, is not an officer of this association; he is expected to join the board once he is resident in Japan. A director's term runs to the close of the annual general meeting for the last financial year ending within two years of appointment (article 20).

What the association does

The association's object is to carry out activities for the spread and advancement of healthcare at home and abroad, and to contribute to public health and to medical, long-term care and welfare services in the community. To that end it undertakes the following (article 3).

Relationship with PT Indonesia Japan Healthcare

PT Indonesia Japan Healthcare (IJH), an Indonesian company of the PT PMA type, is this association's sister organisation. IJH was founded by five people; this association was established by the four of them resident in Japan. It holds no shares in IJH.
